RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. Return eligibility may be restricted during promotional periods. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item at our warehouse.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will provide a free replacement—no return necessary. To initiate a claim, please email us at returns@credobethlehem and we will give you further instructions. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost to you.
How to Return an Item

You will receive an email with step-by-step return instructions based on your location.

Securely repackage the item(s) and ship them as instructed.

Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service when returning items.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us at exchanges@credobethlehem.com. Our standard return policy applies to items being exchanged. Once we receive your returned item, your replacement will be shipped free of charge.

If you are exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference will need to be paid before the new item is shipped.

If you choose an item of lesser value, we will refund the difference once your return is processed.
